Large-Scale Fire Protection Installation for a Luxury Resort
From planning to installation, our team delivered a professional fire safety solution designed to support the safety, compliance, and protection needs of a large luxury resort property. This was a complex project with many moving parts, requiring careful coordination, technical planning, and precise execution.
The system included a premium fire alarm control panel design with three separate control panels linked together, creating an integrated fire protection network across the property. The installation also included 1,000+ addressable initiating and notification speaker devices, along with countless monitoring devices to help ensure reliable coverage, communication, and system performance throughout the resort.
From concept to completion, A-FAS handled the entire project in-house — including system design, installation, programming, coordination, final execution and commissioning.

Medium-Scale Fire Alarm System Replacement
This project involved replacing the hotel’s outdated fire alarm system with a new A-FAS-installed system, improving reliability, performance, and long-term serviceability. Our team carefully managed the transition to minimize disruption to hotel operations while ensuring the new system met the safety and protection needs of the property.
In addition to the fire alarm system replacement, A-FAS also completed the suppression system for the hotel’s data room and provided exit lighting solutions, delivering a more complete fire and life safety upgrade for the facility.
